Fazilov Muhammad Yunusovich (M. Fozili)
Muhammad Fozili was born on February 5, 1959. in Pakhtabad (Uzbekistan). He graduated from SamGACI (Samarkand Institute of Architecture and Construction) Faculty of Architecture, in parallel graduated from the restoration department under Professor V.Yu. Tsirkunov in 1980 and the Faculty of Public Professions - (poster artist). Diploma work - restoration and adaptation of the Bakhoutdin complex in Bukhara. Diploma of the second degree at the International Competition.
