Dilorom Rakhmatzhanovna Mamedova was born in Tashkent on January 28, 1974.
In 1992 she graduated from the Republican Boarding School of Fine and Applied Arts, in 1998 she graduated from the faculty of easel painting of the Tashkent State Institute of Arts and Design. K.
